How to control a out of hand 7th grade class?

I am one of few people in my class who does what I am told. The rest of the class is out of hand. The teacher asked me to look for ways to resolve this problem. Can anyone help? These are very bad behaved people and threatening to send them to the office doesn't help. How to control a out of hand 7th grade class?
call parents to let them know how misbehaved their children our.

I don't really know...i was always a good girl myselfHow to control a out of hand 7th grade class?
Like someone suggest a conference needs to be held with the parents, student(s), teacher(s), and principal. However, what can be done is the teacher and other staff can put into action a positive reward plan which means that they could reward the positive(good) behavior with praise and some type of reward (for example: give extra points for good behavior, provide pizza for lunch at the end of the week, or take a trip to the movies at the end of the month).

However, if you are in the 7th grade as well why would your teacher try to put some of their responsibility on you? Your teacher is the adult and should be able to handle the class or find a resource to help with the problem. If things continue to get out of hand the teacher and she/he can't get support from the principal then the teacher needs to go to the school district and speak with the superintendent. Hope this helps you out.
Tell her/him to set up an incentive program within the class. A marble jar, where students can earn marbles for good behavior. I teach 7th grade and I have had some students come to me out of control...One class we started a chain-link project. Where everytime they behaved well in a class they earned one link in the chain. When students reach a series of expected lengths, i would give a prize, starting off small and getting larger. We started out with the first prize being HW cut in half. Then the second was a HW pass for the whole class..Next a popcorn party. Next free time outside. Ending with a pizza party.
I am in 7th grade and there are some individuals in my class who do get crazy at times.

all that my teacher does is fetch the headteacher (who's room is right next to ours) and she screams at us/ teaches our class for the rest of the day. anyone who dares to speak will be thrown out of the clas and get a pink slip which would be sent home and informed to parents.

not more you can do!

another solution is to send all the naughty people to the head's room and leave the good people in the classroom.

Hope I Helped! XD
The teacher asked YOU?? That is HER job! I would talk to your parents about this, have parent to tell teacher you will NOT do this.

You are NOT qualified to do this plus it puts unneeded pressure on you. This disgusts me.

However, I would ask her what's wrong with following the schools disclipline policy, it is the ONLY thing she's suppose to be doing!
My teacher always had a yardstick, and bangs it on the table. She has had it break more than once (XD) but it works.

But me and my friends start talking after she bangs it. XD

Hope I helped! :)
