Advice on Yu-Gi-Oh! hand control deck

ok i have a idea for a deck but i really need advice on it. My friend/rival gets board with my deck stratiges and i think i found one he may havn't gone up against. i would like to try to make a deck that forces my opponent to draw cards and to use cards like heavy slump and mess up their hand. also i should mention that the ace card in this deck is my favorit card in the game, silent magician. i need advice on this because on Tag Force 2 i have tried making one and i get creamed by everyone, even by the girl who uses Maden in love. i really need advice on cards to put in, i am really slumped! take apart your deck then biuld a new one and foces all your cards potensel into that 1 deck (alwso be shure to pick your favret monsters insted of your most powerful monsters) stick with that edck no matter what and when you can biuld your edeck to have an either grater potesel then make your deck better by up-grading it just make shur you made better that's the best ya can do!! ^_^

well x3 thestys and by the way just because your oppenet doesnt like your startegy doesnt mean u have to cater to him its your deck
i don't get the point clear.. but if you want to sweep your opponen'ts deck... do a hand card destruction deck..
