I wouldn't. I would just buy a new one. Never buy secondhand electronics. You might think you're saving money, but you have no idea what could be wrong with the product, and if something were to go wrong, or it broke, you're stuck. With electronics especially, always better to buy new from a store, so you have at least some recourse if something happens with the item. Don't buy it. the cheapest you can get one for is about $40 at wal-mart there for id only pay about $20 for a used one and be sure to make sure it works well first
about 50 bucks
