When you mention Hand Control Deck, I assume what you mean is that you wish to mantain hand advantage most of the duel, either by constantly drawing cards or your opponent discarding cards from his hand.





Some tactics to do this include:


Appropiate Decks (mainly using Appropiate to draw with your opponent. Works well in Exodia Deck and Mill Decks as well)


Spirit Decks (this is the KEY deck if you wish to ensure Hand Control, seeing that without support, they would return to your hand during the end of the turn. However, watch that with this, you are usually going to be left with field disadvantage)


Power Mill+Discard Decks (another potentially deadly deck, as with this, your opponent's hand and deck would be crippled and it is indirectly lockdown for him and finally deck out. Another way to mantain hand control)





Key Cards to include in Deck Support


1. Infinite Cards (hey this always helps, as after drawing, there would be no problems in discard)


2. Muka Muka (another good card if you intend to play big hands)


3. Helophmer (key card to ensure your opponent is constantly discarding cards)


4. Enervating Mist (not powerful enough to cripple, but can help in hand advantage)





Mainly cards that allow you to draw or make your opponent discard would ensure that Hand Control is on your side.
