I am not expert in English so, How can explain this fact, I believe in this case . You can get the power from the teacher without teaching, but by speaking order, You can get power.Hand to hand power ( mind control , Wizard) may be get ?
Yes it is true... when u get inspired by somebody, you tend to admire him... so the magic works without his presence or his teachings
